Learned APP on instructions from Senior Jailor, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of Petitioner's Application dated 19th September, 2019 for furlough leave, the Petitioner was released on Covid-19 emergency parole leave from 28th October, 2020 and he returned to Jail Authority within stipulated period on 30th May, 2022. That, Petitioner was subsequently released on furlough leave for a period of 28 days from 31st August, 2022 to 29th September, 2022 and he returned to Jail Authority within the stipulated period. 2.
