Learned counsel for the Applicant husband states that the Appellant has expired on 9th January, 2022. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the Interim Application and the same is dismissed. 2.

In view of dismissal of the Interim Application, nothing survives in the Family Court Appeal and the same is accordingly dismissed.
