This matter was placed for dismissal today since on 29th October 2015. None appeared for the petitioner. Although the matter was called out twice in the morning session and yet against in postrecess. The Roznama shows that even on the earlier occasion on 12th August 2015, the petitioner and their advocate were absent . Even today none present for the petitioner when matter was called. Mr. Rayarikar appears for Respondent No. 1. In the circumstances, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence dismissed for default.
