The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the entire amount as per the award has been deposited before the Tribunal.

Since the amount of award has already been deposited before the Tribunal, the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment is stayed till the disposal of the appeal. 4.

Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited before this court may be transferred to M.A.C.T. Thane.
