Learned counsel for the applicant states that, inadvertently due to lack of communication, the applicant has filed this bail application, though, his Criminal Bail Application No.427 of 2020 filed for the same relief in the same offence is already pending before this court. In view of this situation, learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. 2.
