P.C:- This Revision challenges the order dated 21st November, 2012 by which the learned Civil Judge, Pune has held that it has territorial jurisdiction in the matter.

On basis of the material on record, it does appears that part of cause of action has certainly arisen at Pune. Besides, even the execution of the contract and bank guarantee in pursuance thereof has territorial nexus with Pune. The suit has proceeded and is presently at the stage of recording of evidence.

Accordingly, neither jurisdictional error nor it can be said that the learned Civil Judge, in exercise his jurisdiction, has acted with any material irregularity. Accordingly, there is no reason to entertain the present Revision Application. Same is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
