In view of urgency, taken on production board. 2] Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we find that against the impugned order dated 30th June 2017 (Exhibit 'G') passed by the Deputy Collector, Diu, and the notice issued consequent thereupon on 1st July 2017 (Exhibit 'J'), the appeal is provided under section 188(1)(c) of the Goa Daman and Diu Land Revenue Code, 1968.

skc 2 P-501-WP-7382-17.sxw 3] In the circumstances, we grant liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative and efficacious remedy of appeal before the appellate authority under the said provisions. The appeal may be filed by the petitioners within 30 days of the impugned order. 4] For a period of 30 days, the interim order passed by this Court on 2nd July 2017 shall continue.

5] With the aforesaid liberty and directions, the petition is disposed of.
