Ashwin Shete, learned counsel for the applicants and Ms. Amita Kamble, learned counsel for respondent no.1.

Mr.Shete submitted that the original respondent died on 23.4.2016 and the said fact was intimated to the applicants on 17.6.2016. The respondent died leaving behind legal

2/2 CACST/18626/2016 representatives, the details whereof are given in paragraph 5 of the Application.

Ms. Amita Kamble has no objection.

Hence, by consent of the parties, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.

Amendment shall be carried out within one week from today and the amended slip shall be made over to other side.

List the Application for admission on 2.8.2016, high on board.

On the next date of hearing, the parties will produce copy of Map at Exhibit-R and Exhibits 4 and 4A and give copy in advance to other side.
