Learned APP has invited my attention to the order of the Sessions Court. While rejecting the bail application on 19/10/2020, the Court has observed that already nine witnesses are examined and only few witnesses remain to be examined, which include Nodal Offcer, Panch Witnesses and the Investigating Offcer.

Considering the aforesaid position and since the FIR is registered in the year 2015 and the applicant is arrested in the crime on 03/06/2015, the sessions trial needs to be concluded expeditiously. The Additional Sessions Judge is, therefore, requested to conclude Sessions Case No.175 of 2016 expeditiously and in any case, within a period of six months. M.M.Salgaonkar
