By an order dated 28 January 2021, the petition was disposed of with a direction that the application filed by the Petitioners would be disposed of within the stipulated period. Since the same was not complied with, this petition was filed.

An affidavit is filed by Respondent no. 2-Vaibhav Vithalrao Navadkar stating that they have complied with the order and tendered unconditional apology for the delay.
