This is an application received through Jail. It is the grievance of the applicant that though he has been granted bail by the Trial Court, he could not avail the same as there is nobody to pursue the matter in his family and therefore, he may be released on PR bond.

The learned APP. on instructions from the Jailer Sub Jail Pandharpur submitted that as a matter of fact the applicant has been released on bail from Jail on 1.7.2017.

In view of the above, the grievance of the applicant does not survive.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
