On 28/04/2022, the application came to be withdrawn, when the Court expressed it's disinclination to grant the relief. 2.

Barely three months have elapsed and the second application has been moved on the ground that some coaccused have been released on bail. This cannot be a ground for bringing out the second application as the frst was withdrawn on Court's disinclination to entertain the application for pre-arrest bail. 3.

The application stands dismissed.
