By this petition, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 28th January, 1997 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune Region, Pune against the petitioner. There was no interim relief granted by this court in the said writ petition. In view thereof, nothing survives in this writ petition as on today. The petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. Rules is discharged. No order as to costs.

The petitioner would be at liberty to apply for restoration of the petition if he is able to satisfy the court that the cause of action in this petition survives. He would be at liberty to file an application before this court for appropriate directions.
