By this praecipe dated 31st March, 2022, the Advocate for the Petitioner has sought permission to transfer the Arbitration Petition to Original Side as the Petitioner has also filed Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and the same is pending in the Court taking up Arbitration matters on the Original Side.

In view thereof, the Arbitration Petition No.92 of 2021 which has been filed on the Appellate Side under Civil 1/2

p1-arp-92-2021.doc Appellate Jurisdiction is permitted to be converted to Arbitration Petition under Ordinary Original Civil Jurisdiction. The Petitioner shall remove all office objections including objections with regard to Court Fees and upon which the Arbitration Petition will be numbered.
