Heard. Petition is filed for following reliefs : "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ order and direction, thereby directing the Respondents to submit the reports and papers in respect of FIR No. 13/2014 dated 11/01/2014 and after going through the same this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass the further order and direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem, fit and proper.

b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order and direction in the nature thereof, thereby directing the Respondents for taking the necessary steps in the matter, thereby registering the case and / or insert the names of Thane MLA Eknath Shinde and Ambarnath Taluka Pramukh Eknath Shelar who have done entire incident with the Petitioner as per the FIR No. 13/2014 dated 11/01/2014."

Mrs. Pai, learned APP on instructions makes a statement that FIR No. 3 of 2014 is already investigated by Kulgaon Police Station and charge-sheet has been filed in the concerned Court in the year 2014 itself. Statement is accepted. 3.

In the light of above, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition especially when the Petitioner has alternate remedy before the appropriate Court under the the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. In that view of the matter, writ petition is dismissed.
