Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant in the Civil Application seeking restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No. 32990 of 2014 which suffered dismissal for non removal of office objection. On due consideration of the explanation offered for restoration, we find that there was sufficient cause for non removal of office objection within time. In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Application. The Writ Petition is ordered to be restored to its original number. The office objection is to be removed within two weeks. 4.
