Heard. This application is for restoration of Writ Petition (ST) No.29568/2015 which was dismissed for non removal of office objections vide order dated 26.04.2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I).

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

24.688.17-caw a) Order dated 26.04.2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) is set aside.

(b) The Writ Petition (ST) No.29568/2015 is restored to file for hearing on merits.

(c) The applicant is directed to remove all office objections in the Writ Petition within four weeks, failing which the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

(d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
