Heard learned Counsel on Civil Application No. 1696 of 2016. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application we find that there was sufficient cause for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 5th April, 2016. In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Application. The Writ Petition No. 3475 of 2016 is ordered to be restored to its original number. The order be complied within two weeks.
