This Writ Petition is not listed before the Hon'ble Court till today. This writ petition is pending for about one and half year. Neither the learned Advocate nor the petitioner have taken pains to remain present before the Registrar (Judicial) in order to remove office objections. The Petition is lying idle without any progress under objection category.

The Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 28/06/2023 specifically observed that instead of passing adverse order, it would be just and proper to give some time to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner to remove office objections.

It was further directed that if office objections are not removed, appropriate order will be passed on the next date.

However, all in vain.

In turn, the learned Advocate and the Petitioner are directed to remove office objections within two weeks, without fail. On failure, registration of the above numbered Writ Petition would stand refused automatically without further reference to the Court of Registrar.
