ORDER :

The petitioner has filed this writ petition basically contending that though an application for stay is filed along with statutory Revision Application under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies, Act 1961 and as the same is pending, statutory authorities are not passing orders on the application for stay, therefore this Petition. 2.

In view of this, we are inclined to observe that the statutory authorities need to consider such an application in accordance with law if urgent case is made out. Despite insistence of the petitioner as stated by the petitioner including the supporting affidavit filed for the same still the

2/2 wp8350.16 application is not listed for grant of interim relief. Therefore, we are constrained to direct the statutory authorities to take a decision on the stay application as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks.
