This is an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition (St.) No.2212 of 2023 which has been dismissed for want of prosecution in accordance with conditional order dated 8th February 2023.

The Petitioner was directed to supply spare copy in the Registry within two weeks from the date of order. It was further directed that in the event spare copy is not supplied within stipulated time, the Petition shall stand dismissed. Since the spare copy is not supplied, the Petition has been dismissed for want of prosecution.
