It appears that a remedy of revision under section 257 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 is available to the petitioners to assail the order dated 16 July, 2021 passed by the learned District Superintendent of Land Records, Raigad passed in delay condonation application in Appeal No. 743 of 2020. The petitioner is at liberty to espouse such remedy before the appropriate Court.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 4.
