In the light of the orders passed today in WP No. 12342 of 2015 and WP No. 11838 of 2015, we grant present petitioner leave to make appropriate representation with necessary documents showing his intention to load TDR in accordance with law. The representation shall be made within a time limit mentioned in the said orders and shall be decided within the nilegaonkar 1/2
