P.C. :- In view of the fact that the award is dated 15 June 2013, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly accepts that relief under Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, cannot be claimed. He states that however other reliefs under the Act may be available to the Petitioner but factual foundation has not been adequately pleaded. He seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition.
