Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.3- the Additional Collector, Thane, to dispose of the petitioner's application for stay in RTS Appeal No.19 of 2015, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit E" at page 62, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and learned Additional Collector, Thane, shall decide the said application in accordance with law. All rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open.
