Subject to the appellant-State depositing the entire decretal amount with all accrued interest within a period of sixteen weeks from today, there will be a stay on execution. 2.

It will be open to the original claimants to apply to the Reference Court for withdrawal of the whole or part of the amount deposited on furnishing sufficient security to the satisfaction of that Court. On any such application, the State Government will be given notice and will be fully heard.
