At the outset, learned APP on instructions submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime i.e. FIR No.332 of 2018 registered with Goregaon Police Station, Mumbai, the Investigating Agency has submitted charge-sheet in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 67th Court at Borivali, Mumbai on 17th September 2019. 2.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file discharge application if the charge is not framed till today or to adopt other alternate remedy, as may be permissible under the law, before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
