Motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of order dated 14 March 2023. It is submitted that in line No.2 of para No.3 of the order dated 14 March 2023 instead of 'Enquiry Officer' the same ought to be 'Competent Authority'.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.8 is present and accepts the said correction.

In light of that in line No.2 of para No.3 of the said order instead of the words 'Enquiry Officer' the same be substituted with the words 'Competent Authority'.

Motion is disposed of.
