1) Learned APP tendered across the bars an Affidavit of Dr. Umesh Sandu Patil, Chief Medical Officer, Taloja Central Prison, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. It is stated therein that, on the basis of external clinical findings, physical/medial status of the Applicant are within the normal limits. It is needless to mention that, in case of extra pulmonary Tuberculosis symptoms finds in the Petitioner, Jail Authority shall provide necessary medical treatment to Applicant at the State owned Hospital without any charges in that behalf.
