This application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 73 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 18.1.2012 passed by MACT, Thane in MACP No.910 of 2008.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing Mohite 1/2

a) Delay of 73 days in preferring First Appeal is condoned.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
