The order seems to be not prejudicial to the interest of the petitioner. The petition, in my opinion, needs to be dismissed. 3.

Needless to observe that the petitioner has every right to raise all points in his defence at the time of final hearing of the

Needless to state that the order of admission of the review application is an inter locutory order and it is expected of the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal to decide the review application on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.
