In the Anticipatory Bail Application, the Investigating Officer made a specific statement that he is not desirous of arresting the applicant and accordingly, the application was disposed off.

Whatever the consequences are to be taken, after filing of the charge-sheet, the applicant shall approach the trial court by inviting the attention of the Magistrate to the current position of law.
