Heard learned counsel Mr. Sarogi, for the Petitioners and Mrs. S.D. Shinde, APP for respondent State.

By this petition, the petitioners are seeking direction against respondent to forthwith take cognizance in respect of complaint made by the petitioners by letter dated 20th April, 2015. 3.

The learned APP, having taken instructions from Mr. Udawant Bhaskar, Police Inspector of Bhoiwada Police Station, Mumbai, makes a statement that the complaint prima facie discloses commission of cognizable offence and therefore, appropriate F.I.R. would be registered 1/2

38 WP 2759 OF 2015.doc within a period of two weeks from today. Statement is accepted. 4.

Learned counsel Mr. Sarogi, appearing on behalf of petitioners, states that the petitioners would co-operate to concerned Investigating officer.
