This is an application for extension of four weeks time to furnish sureties. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, the applicant has already furnished documents of the sureties before the Trial Court and the verification report has been received by it. However, the procedure for accepting sureties is yet to be completed and according to him it may take about three Page-1/2

In view of the above, the period to furnish sureties is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
