Learned counsel for the applicant states on instructions that the dispute has been amicably settled between the applicant and the respondent No.1. He states that the parties have obtained divorce by mutual consent. Learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record a xerox copy of the order dated 27th February, 2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sangli in HMA Petition No. 450 of 2016, by which, the parties have been divorced by mutual consent.
