Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

The petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondent No.5, Senior Police Inspector, Borivali Police Station, Borivali to register FIR in pursuant to the petitioner's Criminal complaint dated 19.06.2017.

The learned APP, on instructions, of the officer concerned makes a statement that in pursuance of the said N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2
14-wp-2571-2017 complaint dated 19.06.2017 the petitioner's statement was recorded on 21.07.2017. In the statement, the petitioner has clearly stated that she has no complaint against the persons named in the complaint and in case those persons trouble the petitioner in future, she would lodge necessary complaint. We have gone through the said statement and agree with the Learned APP that there is no point in keeping the petition pending and we propose to dispose of the said writ petition.
