Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent no. 3 have placed on record consent terms as entered between the parties whereby respondent no. 3 have agreed to pay to the petitioner sum of Rs.1,50,500/- towards Society's outstanding dues as also other amounts in full and final settlement in the manner as agreed in the consent terms. The consent terms are signed on behalf of the Society by Mr. Udayan Choksi, Secretary and Mr. Sarfaraz Shaikh, Manager, who are authorized signatories under the Resolution dated 15 February, 2023, which is annexed to the consent terms and by respondent no. 3. There is no disputes in regard to the signatures as made in the consent terms. The consent terms are also signed by the advocates 16 February, 2023
