The learned counsels appearing for the parties would submit that the parties have settled their disputes and have arrived at Consent Terms. Consent Terms are tendered which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms have been signed by Petitioner and Respondent No.11 and by their respective Advocates. The Petitioner and Respondent No.11 are personally present before the Court and admit to the execution of the Consent Terms.

In Paragraph-1A of the Consent Terms, the Respondent No.11 has undertaken to make an endeavour to complete certain procedure within a period of six months, which period is agreed to be extended with the consent of the parties. In the event, the said procedure is not completed within a period of six months or during the extended period mutually agreed between the parties, Petitioner would be at liberty to apply before the Court by filing an appropriate Application.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in view of the Consent Terms.

In view of disposal of Petition, Interim Application does not survive and stands disposed of.
