Mr. Sathaye has tendered photocopy of communication dated 04.03.2016 enclosing therewith the compromise terms which are entered into out of Court settlement and two General Power of Attorneys. The same are taken on record and marked 'X collectively' for identification. 4.

Mr. Sathaye, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. Learned Counsel for respective respondents have no objection. 5.

In view thereof, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Order accordingly.
