Heard Mr.Ashish Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Sandeep Koregave, learned Counsel for respondent No.1.

Mr. Singh orally applies for deleting respondent No.2 on the ground that respondent No.2 is a formal party and no relief is claimed against it. On the motion made by Mr.Singh, leave to delete respondent No.2 is granted. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

Rule. Mr.Koregave waives service on behalf of respondent No.1. At the request and by consent of the parties, Rule is made returnable forthwith and the petition is taken up for final hearing.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.1 have tendered the consent terms duly signed by the parties and their Advocates. Along with the consent terms undertaking on behalf of the first respondent is also tendered. Consent terms alongwith the undertaking on behalf of the first respondent are taken on record and marked 'A Collectively', for identification. Mr. Koregave has tendered a photo-copy of the authority letter of the first respondent authorizing Mr.Ravindra Dattatray Mestry to sign the consent terms in the above petition. Same is taken on record and marked 'B', for identification. Mr. Koregave has also tendered a photo-copy of Aadhaar Card of Mr. Ravindra Dattatray Mestry, which is taken on record and marked 'C', for identification. Along with the consent terms, respondent No.1 has tendered undertaking, which is accepted.

After perusing the consent terms, I am satisfied that 2 / 3
the controversy between the parties is lawfully settled in terms of the consent terms. Impugned order is set aside and Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The petitioner will consider the proposal submitted by respondent No.1 for regularization of the electricity connection in accordance with law. Rule is made absolute with no order as to costs. Order accordingly.
