DATE: SEPTEMBER 22, 2022 P.C.:- 1] It is claimed that earlier orders of rejection were passed by the Trial Court as prayer was made based on benefits provided to the under-trial prisoners. Prayer is therefore made for withdrawal of the Applications with liberty to move before the Trial Court afresh, as it is claimed that earlier applications were not decided on merits.

2] Applications are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed, provided Trial Court is convinced that earlier applications were not rejected on merits.
