This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent nos.1 to 3 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai in Anticipatory Bail Application No.239 of 2015 by its order dated 21.5.2015.

The learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3 submitted that in the present case i.e. CR No.199 of 2015 the Police have completed the investigation and submitted chargesheet on 3.9.2015. He further submitted that the respondent nos.1 to 3 have been released on bail by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate on 3.9.2015.

In view of the order dated 25.1.2016 passed in Criminal Application No.723 of 2014, the present application does not survive and the same is accordingly dismissed.
