By this Civil Application, applicant/original claimant is seeking condonation of 1 year 203 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 22.10.2010 passed by the Labour Court in Application No.(WCA) 860/C-310 of 2008. 4.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant, averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, following order :- S.C.Magar
