This Interim Application No.13606 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.3. There is a delay in filing the Application. It appears that deceased Respondent No.3 was the family member of other Respondents. Mr. Patil is already appearing for Respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 to 6.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the same is allowed. Petitioner is permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of katkam 1/2
