Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants. The Writ Petition is disposed of by order dated 23rd January, 2015 in terms of the statements made by the Chief Officer of the Khopoli Municipal Council. It is obvious that the Municipal Council is bound to take action in accordance with law. The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that the Applicants have already filed a substantive Writ Petition for challenging the action of the Municipal Council. It is
