It is brought to our notice that the charge has been framed against the applicant by the Court of J.M.F.C. on 7.10.2023.

In view of the aforesaid order, learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to challenge the order framing charge. 3.

In view of the submission, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings challenging the order framing charge. In the events, the question of delay in initiating such proceedings arises, the concerned Court shall take into consideration the fact that this application was pending in this Court since 2022. 4.

The Application stands disposed of.
