The respondent-competent authority is free to act upon clauses (5) and (6) of the order dated 14th October, 2020, passed by the Special Judge, MPID, City Civil & Sessions Court for Greater Bombay in Miscellaneous Application No.859 of 2020 in MPID Case No.1 of 2014.
