However, it is submitted that the Applicant is a lady and that she is in custody since last about 15 months, the trial may be expedited. In view of the submissions, the application is allowed to be withdrawn. The trial court is directed to complete the trial within a period of nine months. In the event the trial does not commence within the stipulated period, the applicant shall be at liberty to file fresh application for bail.
