The grievance of the petitioner is that though SubDivisional Officer, Khed (Rajguru Nagar) vide letter dated 31/07/2015 - Exhibit 'F' has directed the Tahsildar, Khed as also Block Development Officer, Rajguru Nagar, Tahsil - Khed, District Pune to remove the unauthorised construction being carried out as mentioned in the complaint made by the petitioner. Thereafter also vide letter dated 20/02/2016 1/2

18. wp 9191.16.doc Exhibit 'H', the similar directions were issued to the authorities i.e. respondents No.3 & 5, but no action has been taken on it. It is also the case of the petitioner that the hearing of the matter was kept on 18/03/2016, but notice of the same was given to the petitioner on 06/04/2016.

By that as it may, as we find that the respondent No.2 had already directed respondents No.3 & 5 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, we dispose of this Petition by directing respondents No.3 & 5 to look into the petitioner's grievance as per the directions issued by respondent No.2 and take appropriate steps in regard to the same after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as also to the person concerned with the raising of the alleged unauthorised construction. Let the entire exercise be completed within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
