Not on board. Taken on board in view of praecipe dated 6.09.2016 on behalf of the Applicant, for speaking to the Minutes of the Judgment dated 2.09.2016. Our Judgment dated 2.09.2016 be corrected as under:- At the end of clause (i) of the operative portion of the Judgment at Page 29, after the sentence ending with "..... accordingly stands modified", add the following :
"Decree be drawn up accordingly. Civil Application No.2433 of 2015 is allowed in these terms."
In the last paragraph of the judgment, the last sentence, namely, "Decree be drawn up accordingly. Civil Application No.2433 of 2015 is allowed in these terms." be deleted.
